Dedicating a tree is an ideal present for birthdays, Christmas, weddings, retirements and christenings, and a great way to show your commitment to our environment.

The sponsored Oak will be identified by GPS coordinates, so you’ll be able to find it, introduce yourself, and hug.

The sponsorship will last for the life of the tree, which with Oaks can be measured in centuries and sometimes millenia — great value for your sponsorship fee.

Every sponsored tree stands in the SSSI in Rhubodach Forest, a forest which is owned and managed by the community.

Your sponsorship will help the community manage Rhubodach Forest sustainably for future generations and help protect one of Scotland’s most fragile types of ecology.

Because this is an SSSI we can’t plant trees, but because this scheme sponsors mature trees, you can be certain that the tree you sponsor will be there when you visit it!

As a sponsor you can become part of our Forest community, and can if you wish subscribe to our forest manager’s blog, as well as take part in forest events at special discount rates.

In this package you will find a certificate of sponsorship, an illustrative map, a personal letter from our forest manager, more details about our wonderful community woodland and a list of accommodation providers should you wish to visit us!
